Patrick has over two decades of successful leadership and saIes experience.   He has developed models such as COACHED, CABLES, SET Goals, GREAT and POWER, which have been used to improve employee engagement, increase team effectiveness, set and achieve work goals, increase influence as well as manage workplace stress and conflict.

He has also developed a series of workshops in ethical sales training to assist salespeople in understanding the science behind decision making and influence. This approach has allowed participants to develop stronger skills and increase sales without sacrificing integrity.

For over a decade he has provided management, leadership and sales training and coaching to industries such as biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, insurance, real estate and financial.

His areas of focus are intended to leverage and intersect research in the areas of personality, emotional intelligence and influence.  He is also the host of the podcast, Lead Like No Other.
